I consistently vote against Congressional budgets that contain irresponsible spending and reject the Washington presumption that nothing can be cut in order to fund priorities without increasing the deficit. Every year, I return part of my Congressional salary and office budget - saving more than $4 million taxpayer dollars to date.

In Congress, I've fought to pass policies that make historic investments to finish the border wall, expand enforcement, and ensure our border remains secure for years to come. Since taking office, President Trump and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem have delivered the most secure border in modern history - a dramatic turnaround after four years of failure from the Biden-Harris Administration.

Solid infrastructure is critical to Florida’s economy which is dependent on moving goods and people efficiently and effectively. I continue to pursue innovative solutions that improve our nation’s infrastructure and use of taxpayer dollars.
Serving our veterans is one of my priorities - from engaging with the Veterans Administration on their behalf to ensure continuity of benefits and care, to advocating and supporting legislation to improve and modernize our VA system.
