Who can I talk to about problems like liens, back taxes, penalties, etc.?

The Taxpayer Advocate is an independent office within the IRS that can assist you, including printing and mailing IRS documentation or publications needed. Their regional office in Florida can be reached at (727) 369-2821 and 24-hour Toll-Free hotline at 1-877-777-4778.
