A bipartisan majority of Mississippi legislators passed a law to protect unborn babies from painful late-term abortions at 15 weeks. At this stage, unborn children have arms, legs, and fully developed hearts. They can taste, make facial expressions, yawn, hiccup, swallow, and suck their thumbs.
